Yoga Teacher Training Course
Teachers’ Training Course (TTC)
Develop the skills to confidently teach yoga asana and gain a solid grounding in the classical yogic tradition. This course is designed to deepen your spiritual connection to yoga and open you to profound inner transformation.
Our Teachers’ Training Course is a four-week intensive residential program, blending ancient wisdom with modern teaching techniques. During this period, you will benefit from comfortable, clean double-bed sharing accommodation and enjoy three nutritious, health-conscious, and sattvic (pure vegetarian) meals daily. We ensure excellent interaction with students and thorough clarification of all doubts through close guidance from our experienced and dedicated teachers and staff, who themselves embody the yogic lifestyle.
Connecting to an ancient teaching lineage (guru parampara), passed down from guru to disciple through thousands of years, our extensive curriculum covers both theory and practice. In these four weeks, you will establish a firm foundation of discipline that promotes physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual growth, building a strong base from which to teach others naturally and with confidence.
Beyond the course, we continue to guide and support our students, helping them navigate their journey to become exceptional yoga teachers. A sincere desire to learn and openness to yogic techniques is required – a basic knowledge of yoga postures and philosophy is preferred, but not essential.
